The Homelessness Solutions Program (HSP) is a supportive case management program that assist individuals and families experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This is a 12-month program designed to help participants achieve and maintain stability and self-sufficiency.
Paired with a case manager to assess your needs, develop a plan to meet those needs, and connect to necessary resources and support systems.
