Our goal is to aid the community by increase a homeowner’s level of financial literacy while providing the best tips and resources for maintaining a home, going green and conserving energy.
Post Purchase counseling helps families carry out the responsibilities of homeownership by:
To qualify for this program, you must be a Prince George's County resident.
Six group sessions and one-on-one counseling sessions. More one-on-one sessions will be provided if required.
One-on-one counseling consists of credit and budgeting.
Group counseling is two hours once a week for six weeks.

There is a $100 fee for the program. This includes the cost of taking the Program, books and other materials. This also ensures we can continue to provide this low-cost service to other Prince George’s County residents.
