Shepherd’s Cove Help the Homeless Mini-Walk

WHAT’S IT ABOUT:

UCAP’s Shepherd’s Cove is hosting a “Help the Homeless Mini-Walk” in support of the Fannie Mae Help the Homeless Program. The Help the Homeless Program raises awareness of homelessness and supports organizations working to prevent and end homelessness in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Help the Homeless encourages volunteerism that serves the homeless people and those at risk of becoming homeless. For additional information on the Help the Homeless Program click here.

Breakfast and lunch will be served and drawings will be held throughout the day for prizes. We will have a Marching Band, Moon Bounce and Fun for all!!! Each walker will receive a t-shirt

HOW TO REGISTER:

Complete the Mini-Walk Commitment Form and submit to Shelly Briggs via Email: sbriggs@ucappgc.org or Fax: 301-322-3381.

Registration Fee: $30 Adults; $20 - 25 years & younger.
Students Earn Community Service Hours.
